This Workshop will introduce you to the wonderful world of Crystals. Jeanette will guide you through the healing properties of Crystals and how you can use them to restore and improve the emotional and physical balance and well-being of yourself and others. Meditation and Development Group
Our meditation circle (incorporating individual and planetary healing) is suitable for both beginners and the more experienced. Details are as follows:

It is a weekly meeting where like-minded people come together in Love and Light to share and develop their individual processes and it also provides an opportunity to be ‘of Service’. We begin the evening with Relaxation and Energy Breathing Techniques, followed by a Guided Meditation to bring us into a deep state of awareness. We finish with the Healing Circle where we send healing to our beloved Mother Earth, to people and places and to ourselves.
The energy is high and we are supported and guided by our Spiritual Guides, Angels and Masters who help us to raise our awareness and expand our consciousness.
