All sessions are intended to support personal and spiritual growth. Those participating within the session must be 18 years or older. Under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Any use of information provided within the session is at the client’s discretion and risk. Neither Angelic Jeanette or Angelic Ascension can be held responsible for any loss, claim or damage arising out of the use, or misuse, of the suggestions made, the failure to take medical advice or for any material suggested on third party websites.
You are responsible for the time and date of your session. Please note that our system will offer you Angelic Jeanette’s availability based upon your selected time zone. All sessions will take place on Skype and therefore it is important to acquaint yourself with this application if you are unfamiliar.
You are welcome to record your session, however this is protected under copyright law for personal use only.
If you are late for the session Angelic Jeanette will do her best to honour your time but sadly cannot go over the time allocated for your session due to her busy schedule.
If you feel the session is not working for you or is not what you expected, you have every right to call it to an end. We invite you to know this within the first 5 mins of the session and a full refund will be offered. If you do not say anything at the time Angelic Ascension cannot offer a refund at a later time.
Angelic Ascension follow a strict cancellations policy. For sessions cancelled with 72 hours advance of the session, a full refund will be given. For cancellations within 48 hours, an alternative time will be offered and for cancellations within 24 hours, no refund will be given.
Angelic Ascension offers a full refund for all course/workshop cancellations of 30 days or more. Cancellations received within less that 30 days will be offered a new date. Cancellations of 14 days or less cannot be refunded.

Digital Goods will be delivered within 24 hours via electronic download. Physical Goods will be shipped within 48 hours of confirming inventory availability via Royal Mail or United States Postal Service.
Refunds & Cancellations
Digital Goods: Due to the nature of digital data, we cannot refund digital goods purchases.
Physical Goods: All Requests for refunds and/or cancellations will be processed within 5 business days. Requests for refunds should be emailed to: firstname.lastname@example.org
We are happy to refund any defective physical goods bought from Angelic Ascension within 7 days of purchase.
